Aussie Bod Countdown: 26 Days


Hi there,

I was unable to hit the gym on Friday because I spent the whole day snowboarding at Trollhaugen with my niece (which was AMAZING), I therefore do not have a workout for you today but I can refer you back to one of Abbie and I’s previously posted workouts that I would highly recommend!

A lot of my posts are more heavy lifting and less cardio/endurance based; the above workout is sure to get your heart pumping this time!

My meals were a little tricky this day because I wasn’t home to prep lunch or dinner, but here’s my best shot at healthy eating while out and about:

Breakfast: 2 whole eggs and a banana

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast salad from the food court at the Trollhaugen Outdoor Rec Area. (overall pretty healthy, minus the buttermilk ranch)

Snack: Boom Chicka Pop popcorn and an apple.

Dinner: Hot Stuff Burger (w/out bun) and broccoli at Meredee’s Bistro in Lindstrom, Mn.

Let me know how the workout goes, I’ll have to repeat that one soon!
