Blueberry and Kiwi Smoothie with Mint: 1/2 c. blueberries 2 kiwis 1/8 c. mint (this is an estimate) 1/3 c. plain greek yogurt 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 c. unsweetened organic coconut milk (estimate) 4 or 5 ice cubes Enjoy! (makes 2 servings)
