- Step Platforms + 10 Risers (5 at each end)
- Jump Rope
- Barbell (Bar + 10 lbs on each end)
- Stopwatch
- Dumbbells (Two of Each)
- 3 lbs
- 5 lbs
- 8 lbs
- 10 lbs
Note: When the exercise says “10 lbs” it means use one 10 lb dumbbell in each hand.

Dumbbell Bench Press: 15 Reps // 1 Set // 10 lbs
Jump Rope: 40 Seconds
Kneeling Single Arm Dumbbell Row: 10 lbs
Weighted Jumping Jacks (one weight in each hand): 40 Seconds // 3 lbs
Barbell Push Press: 15 Reps // 1 Set // 20 lbs (bar + one 10 lb plate on each side)
Single Leg Jump Rope (Left Leg): 40 Seconds
Alternating Dumbbell Lying Tricep Extension: 20 Reps // 1 Set // 8 lbs
Weighted Jumping Jacks: 40 Seconds // 3 lbs
Squat + Dumbbell Overhead Press: 12 Reps // 1 Set // 10 lbs
Single Leg Jump Rope (Right Leg): 40 Seconds
