I Love You Like My Legs Love Squats.

Not sure our legs love squats, so maybe that statements false..

If you don’t have a valentine this Valentine’s day just remember you’re loved. After watching a “couples” video on cosmopolitan we’ve decided to reenact the abdominal portions of the video to share with you. Some of the moves are new to us, and no posture tips were provided, so feel free to laugh at our rookie form (Remember you’ve gotta start somewhere)! We’ve noticed lately that as we continue to build our strength, proper form is easier to hold so keep it up, things will come with time.

So whether your date this valentine’s day is Steven, Matthew, or “Gym”, form that six pack, or eat a box of chocolates. We really support them both.
