Mountain Climbers with Discs – 45 Seconds

Rest 15 Seconds

Planks with Elbow Touches – 45 Seconds

Rest 15 Seconds

Disc Reaches – 45 Seconds

Rest 15 Seconds

Plank Toe “Taps” with Discs – 45 Seconds

Rest 15 Seconds

N – Ups – 45 Seconds

Rest 15 Seconds

Butt Lifts – 45 Seconds

Rest

Repeat this exercise two more times to be on your way to abs of steel!

Tip : If you don’t have access to the Gliding Discs, try using paper plates or small hand towels instead. Good luck!
