That’s “C” as in coconut — no jelly here. If you love coconut, this one’s for you. It’s also actually one of our favorite smoothies we’ve had. We actually took this recipe from “Tastes Lovely” and altered it so we could use some items we had on hand.
Here it is – Makes Two Servings
1/4 c. Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Banana (any size)
2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. Nesquik Chocolate Milk Powder
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Single Serve Container of Coconut Flavored Chobani Yogurt
Approx. 4 or 5 ice cubes.
