Aussie Bod Countdown: 21 Days


No workout for this day, but here’s my meal plan:

Breakfast: 3 whole eggs (scrambled) + fruit smoothie.

Lunch: Lemon pepper chicken breast with Uncle Ben’s whole grain medley and 1/2 an avocado.

Snack: Blueberry energy balls – only difference is I didn’t make them into balls, I just ate them with a spoon and I omitted the chocolate. (recipe here)

Dinner: Plain burger patty with pickles and a side of broccoli.
